When xClient - sendRecv, ?where x is Coordinator or Master
then xServer - handleRpc<>() -> dispatch() -> callHandler<>() -> ..

- pointer to responseBuffer
- rpc
- send (clientSend) requestBuffer and responseBuffer over session.
- wait for it to return (state.rpc->wait())
- return received responseHeader
