Although we can't make any guarantees about providing technical support for RAMCloud, we will do our best to support RAMCloud users. We are very interested in encouraging people to use RAMCloud for real work. Here are the resources currently available:

• The mailing list ramcloud-dev@lists.stanford.edu is intended for discussions between the RAMCloud team and people outside Stanford who are either using RAMCloud or participating in its development. If you have questions about RAMCloud, or are having problems using it, this mailing list is the best place to go for help. If you wish to subscribe to ramcloud-dev, you can do so here.
• Our Jira bug management system is publicly accessible; you can use it to find out about currently-known bugs or to submit new bugs.
