Turns out they are cheaper than their posted prices, so we did get the delivery charge. This is what they actually charged:

Ankita says she got too many uncooked vegetables in the tofu Banh Mi; she mightt have preferred a bowl. She says to stop ordering so many Sprites because only John likes them. Hmm.
