This is a list of places we have ordered lunch from (or have discovered, and would like to order at some point). If you find more places, please add them to the list. If there's a mistake in the current list, correct it.

• Some of these places need orders to be places placed up to 2 days in advance.
• Typically there are 10 people at lunch, including .
  • This includes 2 vegetarians.
• You may order (non-alcoholic) drinks too.
  • John likes Sprite, Mendel likes sparkling water (though most places don't have that option), others like Coke and Diet Coke.

• Tipping 10% for a delivery is reasonable per Sue's standards.
• Receipts to be submitted to Sue George for reimbursement. It's the same to her whether you submit a bunch at once or one at a time. She wants to see an itemized receipt and a method of payment.

• While ordering, remember to give your phone number.:
  • The address for delivery is: Room 359, Gates Computer Science Building, 353 Serra Mall, Stanford.
  • Remember to give your phone number.
  • Ask them to provide utensils. In case they don't, we now have a large supply of utensils under the center table in 444. (There are enough to last 2013, but if/when they start running out, replenish by buying from a store and getting reimbursement from Sue.)
